The PCR Archiving / Database Export allows you to schedule downloads of your data in Microsoft Access and/or PDF format.  Even though emsCharts stores your data on our servers in an easily accessible format, the PCR Archiving module provides you with the peace of mind that all of your data is duplicated and locally stored at your location.

Agencies can additionally use the MS Access formatted data to run supplemental reports out of Access, if desired.
